Our buttery smooth house white has notes of apple and fig layered with subtle hints of banana and caramel. This wine is allowed to age in barrels custom-made with Gyr Abanian persimmon wood which imparts the wine with a wonderfully floral, honey finish reminiscent of the scent of alyssum flowers.

Winter Bacchanalia
An ice wine of surpassing quality made from grapes carefully cultivated by crossing Wineport’s famed Bacchus grapes, once thought lost in the Calamity, and a cold-tolerant Noble Grape cultivar. The fruit is left to freeze on the vine before being harvested and pressed. The entire wine-making process is handled in-house allowing us to monitor the grapes’ full life cycle from vine to bottle. Our small-batch produced wines are allowed to ferment slowly to bring out the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity to ensure a truly refreshing drinking experience.

Nidhogg's Rage
A fiery combination of Dragonfire, Mirror Apple Whiskey, Unsweetened Tea, and a dash of the spicy version of our house-made bitters, which takes our standard herbal blend and adds some heat with the addition of three types of peppers. This spicy cocktail is then infused with fire-aspected aether. The drinker must roll over 650 or they speak with small wisps of flame coming out of their mouth for 10 minutes and feel like they have just eaten a plate of the spiciest curry on Etheirys.

Undersea Elegy
This vibrant purple drink is sure to spark your interest. Our house-made vodka is mixed with fresh Sykon muddled with Sideritis leaves, peach juice, house-made gin, and a splash of purple carrot juice for color. Then, we infuse it with lightning-aspected aether for a shocking surprise. The drinker must roll over 550 or they will be shocked upon taking the first sip and their hair will stand on end for 3 minutes. (Miqo’te and Hrothgar tails will also fluff up for 3 minutes if they fail the challenge).

Menphina's Relic
Invented by a bartender at Relic, an Allagan-themed dive bar, this drink was brought to Ceruleum by Miko, a close friend of Relic’s owner, so the bar’s legacy could live on after its closure. Our take on it combines New World-style Whiskey with a touch of birch syrup and two dashes of Steppe Bitters. The drink is then infused with ice-aspected aether and served in a rocks glass garnished with a spruce twig set ablaze, calling to mind the ancient custom of using spruce torches during winter rituals to honor Menphina. The drinker must roll /random100 for the effect. They must make a save of 70+ to pass. If they fail, the goddess' grace surrounds them, compelling them to the dance floor.

Dragonfire Challenge: 5 shot series
What is Dragonfire?
Dragonfire is spicy cinnamon-infused Ishgardian Whiskey. Originally made as a joke, some members of the city watch stuffed a bottle of whiskey with as many cinnamon sticks as they could fit to make a powerfully spicy brew. They served the drink to their commander who upon tasting it said that its burn was hotter than a dragon’s breath.
It became an ongoing custom with the people of the Brume that when drinks were served at the end of the night, one glass contained a shot of Dragonfire and it was always a gamble to see which drinker’s mouth would be set aflame.
Some young Ishgardian nobles encountered the tradition while out for a night on the town and the custom soon spread amongst the nobility. The owner of Ishgard’s most prominent distillery took on the task of making a higher quality, consistently spicy version of the liquor and Dragonfire soon became a staple in all Ishgardian taverns and bars. To drink it straight is considered a feat of great constitution.
Rules
Your first attempt at the challenge is on the house.
If you decide to play again, it is 10,000 gil per attempt. Limit three tries per night.The challenger will take as many shots of Dragonfire as they can without passing out.
To succeed, the challenger must roll 700 or higher.
If you fail, you pass out at the bar for 1 minute per shot you have taken.

Eorzean History of St. Patrick's Day
A History of St. Patrick’s Day, as told by a wizened, Elezen grandfather one evening in an inn, and chronicled here by a traveling historian in the Seventh Umbral Era.Today we celebrate a lesser known Eorzean saint. One most prominently revered in Ishgard, though sometimes also celebrated farther afield. The tales of St. Patrick can be traced back to before the Calamity left Ishgard a cold, snowy realm when brilliant patches of clover still dotted the mountainous, Coerthan terrain. Early in the Dragonsong War there was a soldier of wondrous prowess who was beloved of the Fury. Such was his might, he was said to have single handedly defeated a mighty dragon horde, causing them a defeat so devastating they were temporarily driven completely out of Coerthas.Whether these tales are true, none now know as any records from that time have been lost to us. Even so, that is where the more believable bits of history end and a legend of magic and faeries begins. It was originally said his martial abilities were so great due to his reverence and adoration of Halone. However, as with all things, there were those who wished to see his name sullied for his good fortune and fame were not their own.Soon, a darker tale emerged of a bond forged with a powerful dark fae creature, a voidsent you might think, as we all here know that faeries are but myths. But descriptions of him tell of a tiny little man, smaller even than the smallest lalafell with thick red hair and a great red beard. His name was never discovered, but he was soon referred to as LalaChaun due to his diminutive nature and the coughing sound he made when he laughed. He would spy on people and make mischief promising treasure and riches to those who indulged his whims, though many who were believed to have met him were never seen again.It was said that he would grant any who captured him a great boon upon his release and many a hunter and tracker tried to capture LalaChaun, but Patrick was the only one who succeeded. He robed himself in green to better blend in with the brilliant clover fields in the mountains and was able to sneak up on LalaChaun and capture him. It is said that LalaChaun promised Patrick to share with him his treasure, but Patrick asked instead for great powers to defeat the dragon army. Disappointed by this request, but bound to honor it in exchange for his freedom, LaLaChaun granted Patrick’s wish and traveled with him, binding his powers to Patrick’s strength to the end of his days.Either way, there is no denying the contributions Patrick made to the security of Ishgard in the early days of the Dragonsong War. Even though his true history is lost, we wear green to remember the clover-covered valleys of Coerthas and the young man who roamed them fighting for Ishgard.
